Job Summary
Lead hardware development for high-speed network switch platforms; drive complex PCB schematic design, layout reviews, hardware bring-up, system integration, and root-cause analysis; lead development and validation of Co-Packaged Optics (CPO) and photonics-based networking systems with emphasis on SI/PI, thermal co-design, and optical interfaces; collaborate across firmware, software, validation, manufacturing, and customer support to deliver production-ready networking solutions for AI/data center environments; develop engineering documentation and participate in architecture reviews, design verification, and production readiness activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline (Master’s degree preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in hardware design and development for networking, server, or high-performance computing systems
- Strong understanding of Ethernet protocols, network switch architectures, and AI/data center networking technologies
