Sr. Guest Educator (Aspiring Teacher)

Conduct full-time classroom instruction for assigned grade levels and subject areas, delivering high-quality, standards-aligned lessons while maintaining high expectations for student achievement and behavior. Establish a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment, assess student progress to adjust instruction, and collaborate with teachers, school leaders, and support staff to ensure consistency. Communicate effectively with the school team and carry out all responsibilities of a full-time educator while actively working toward obtaining a Florida Department of Education teaching certificate. Work Monday through Friday, with opportunities for professional development on Wednesday early release days. This role serves as a pathway for aspiring teachers to gain classroom experience before promotion to a Lead Teacher position.
