Job Summary
As the Senior GTM Recruiter at Serval, you will develop and implement the recruiting strategy for the go-to-market teams, managing full-cycle recruiting and enhancing candidate experience. Key responsibilities include designing creative sourcing plans, collaborating with leadership to define candidate profiles, and building scalable recruiting systems. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in recruiting for GTM roles, demonstrate success in high-growth environments, and possess strong communication skills. A data-driven approach and ability to thrive in fast-paced settings are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of recruiting experience
- At least 3+ years focused on hiring GTM roles
- Demonstrated success building Sales and Marketing teams in high-growth environments
- Strong understanding of SaaS GTM motions
- Proven ability to source and close top-performing sellers
- Data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- High agency and adaptability
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as an early recruiter at a Series A–B startup
- Familiarity with GTM compensation structures and competitive landscape
- Strong network of sales and marketing professionals in the Bay Area
