Job Summary
Lead full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Success, and Operations, collaborating with hiring partners to source, interview, and close top talent. Drive an outstanding candidate experience, optimize hiring funnel metrics, and execute creative sourcing to attract high-demand candidates. Must reside in the San Francisco Bay Area and be able to commute to the San Francisco office three days per week. Required Qualifications
- 7+ years recruiting experience with at least one year of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Sales, Marketing, Success, & Business Operations recruiting experience
- Strong ability to think strategically and close candidates
- Proven track record of creative sourcing methods to find top talent
- Metrics-driven approach to problem solving
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and pipeline hygiene
- Autonomous in a startup environment
- Must reside in the San Francisco Bay Area and be available to commute to the San Francisco office 3 times per week
