Job Summary
Senior Growth Marketing Specialist, Lifecycle to build and scale lifecycle programs that create long-term customer relationships and drive measurable growth. Individual contributor responsible for understanding customers, identifying growth opportunities, designing and launching lifecycle programs across email, SMS, and other touchpoints, developing audience segmentation and personalization strategies, leading experimentation, and building scalable systems with cross-functional partners in Analytics, Product, Sales, and Operations. Focus on improving engagement, conversion, retention, and revenue across Lower and Movoto throughout the homeownership journey, with a mandate to establish a scalable growth engine and an experimentation discipline within lifecycle marketing.
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, retention marketing, product growth, marketing analytics, customer analytics, revenue operations, or a related customer growth discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience using data to identify opportunities and inform decision-making
- Experience designing, executing, and evaluating experiments
- Demonstrated ability to independently own projects and drive results
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with customer segmentation, personalization, marketing automation, or customer engagement programs (preferred)
- Experience with customer engagement platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, HubSpot, Customer.io, or similar tools (preferred)
- Experience in fintech, financial services, real estate, marketplaces, SaaS, or subscription-based businesses (preferred)
- Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, analytics platforms, or AI-assisted analytics workflows (preferred)
- Experience helping build new programs, processes, or capabilities from the ground up (preferred)
