Job Summary

Sr. Growth Marketing Manager owns Revant's full-funnel paid media growth strategy across DTC and Amazon, defining channel roles at each funnel stage, building the investment case for upper-funnel marketing alongside conversion channels, and hands-on execution across paid channels with a trajectory to manage and develop Paid Media Specialists by 2027. Collaborates with Email & SMS Marketing Manager and Creative Director to translate funnel performance into actionable leadership insights, balancing strategic planning with execution, and driving across awareness, consideration, and conversion while optimizing budgets, forecasts, and performance dashboards. Supports cross-channel collaboration, platform optimization, and creative feedback loops, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making, testing programs, and a mindset toward scalable growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 8+ years in growth, performance, or digital marketing, with significant ownership of paid media strategy and results in a DTC or ecommerce environment
  • Experience building or managing full-funnel programs — owning awareness and consideration efforts alongside conversion channels, with accountability for both
  • Demonstrated experience managing seven-figure media budgets with clear accountability for CAC, ROAS, forecasting, and revenue outcomes
  • Proven people management experience — you've managed and developed direct reports and have a track record of building high-accountability teams; experience managing across both paid and organic functions is a plus
  • A track record of building and executing structured testing programs
  • Experience building or scaling an in-house paid media function is a plus
  • Experience working alongside or handing off to an in-house email/CRM function is a plus
  • Competencies: Hands-on experience with Meta, Google, and Amazon advertising; familiarity with connected TV, programmatic, out-of-home, and direct mail is a plus
  • Familiarity with Amazon DSP in addition to Sponsored Products is a plus
  • Strong analytical fluency: GA4, Looker Studio, and the ability to build a narrative from a dataset
  • Familiarity with brand and awareness measurement — brand lift studies, share of voice, branded search trends
  • Comfortable working with audience data (Claritas or similar) to inform targeting strategy and brief development
  • Clear, direct communication — tight briefs, leadership presentations, actionable feedback
  • AI fluency — using tools to work faster and smarter is a plus
  • A Note on Technology and AI — experience using AI in practice and ability to balance tools with independent judgment
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; 8+ years in growth, performance, or digital marketing
  • Experience building or managing full-funnel programs — owning awareness and consideration alongside conversion channels
