Job Summary
Operate Layer processes (Material Prep – AOI) on the production floor, ensuring safe manufacturing and adherence to all safety policies and compliance requirements. Lead development of systems for improving quality, cost, and on-time delivery while coordinating production schedules and controlling material and labor flow. Supervise multiple functions and shifts, conduct performance appraisals, and manage hiring and disciplinary actions with Human Resources. Review labor, equipment, and supply requirements to maximize productivity and meet throughput targets. This role involves overtime for alternate shifts and weekends. Candidates must have 5+ years of PCB experience and leadership abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Operations or related field
- Proven leadership abilities
- Prior group leader or coordinator experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Ability to read and follow all short sheets/customer documents
- Intermediate Computer experience - Microsoft Office-Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint
- Ability to legally work in the United States
- U.S. Citizenship or Resident Alien Status as defined in ITAR, 22 CFR 120.15
- Defined by 8 U.S.C. 1101(a) (20)
Desired Qualifications
