Job Summary
Sr Graphic Designer to create and design graphic solutions for ISO messaging across digital and print media. Responsibilities include applying design principles to communicate complex themes, maintaining design standards, supporting social media and podcasts, coordinating vendor services, and producing production-ready files. Requires a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field and 5+ years of related experience; knowledge of design theory, typography, color, usability and accessibility; proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Office; strong written and interpersonal skills; energy/utility industry experience a plus. The role offers relocation assistance and a remote/ hybrid/ on-site schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 5+ years of related experience
- Experience creating and designing graphics for external and internal audiences
- Strong knowledge of design theory, typography, color, hierarchy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and work in a dynamic environment
