Job Summary
Define and assess Global Procurement business processes through data gathering, analysis, and problem-solving to establish best-in-class standards. Lead complex, global process transformation projects that guide cross-organizational teams in building solutions to increase efficiencies and optimize procurement services. Formulate performance improvement recommendations and implement project plans while engaging leadership and stakeholders to drive adoption of AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives. Govern functional processes by developing business rules and leveraging process mining tools to identify bottlenecks and measure transformation impact.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience in process management/transformation at a Procurement function of a large cross-functional organization
- 1-3 years of experience as a change agent, having effectively implemented the change in a large cross-functional organization
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- Globally recognized certifications like CPSM or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified
- Proficient in O365, SharePoint, Tableau, Power BI, MS Project, Visio, Agile/backlog management (e.g., Azure, Jira, Confluence), or equivalent
- SAP experience
- Organizational Change Practitioner Certification (PROSCI)
- Proficient in written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Proven success with working in a matrixed, global organization
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to process mining tools (e.g., Celonis) and data analytics platforms (Power BI/Tableau) preferred
- Basic understanding or experience with AI/automation tools (e.g., GenAI, workflow automation) is a plus
- SAP experience and Organizational Change Practitioner Certification (PROSCI) preferred
