Job Summary
Sr. Government Property Management Specialist responsible for managing and controlling government- and customer-owned property, overseeing property administration processes, processing government and customer property per ISO procedures, maintaining accurate records and lifecycle property information, managing storage locations, serving as the primary contact for DCMA inquiries, conducting audits, developing property administration policies, coordinating with contracts for government contract closures, managing scrap and excess inventory in government systems, following plant clearance instructions for property disposition, investigating discrepancies in the tracking system, and developing/delivering training on proper handling of government property equipment. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2+ years of experience or a Master's degree; NPMA or similar certification is preferred. Strong verbal communication, planning, and time management skills; there is work-from-home flexibility. Meaningful work supporting national security programs and growth potential in a dynamic, small-team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field + 2 years of experience, or a Master's degree
- Training/certification from NPMA or similar professional association (preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication, planning, and time management skills
