Job Summary
Senior Government Contracts Manager responsible for SME contract leadership across the nuclear portfolio. Lead government proposal activities, including RFP analysis and compliance matrices; ensure regulatory compliance throughout the acquisition lifecycle; research, draft, and negotiate government contracts; identify and mitigate contractual risks; provide expert training to internal stakeholders on government contracting matters; partner with Sourcing for subcontractor compliance; guide project teams during contract execution. Requires strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS/DEAR and 2 CFR 200, experience managing diverse contract types (FFP, CPFF, IDIQ, Cooperative/Consortium/ EPC), and NCMA certification is highly preferred. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in government contracting
- Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, DEAR, and 2 CFR 200 Uniform Guidance
- Ability to travel to Wilmington, NC as needed
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence and lead
