Job Summary
Sr. Mission Engineering and Integration Project Lead overseeing modeling and analysis across the corporation for Golden Dome Mission Engineering and MBSE efforts. Lead and orchestrate teams, capture Warfighter needs, frame problems, execute studies to maximize value for government customers, influence stakeholders to adopt data-driven recommendations, and collaborate with aerospace, government, and contractor teams across multiple locations. Ensure system performance and capabilities meet Golden Dome Program Office needs, align rigorous system engineering with rapid development, and apply MBSE and System of Systems principles throughout the project lifecycle. Requires Bachelor’s in a STEM field, 12+ years in related technical work (missile defense/space systems), TS/SCI clearance, US citizenship, and willingness to travel 10-20%. On-site work at Chantilly, VA or Huntsville, AL with potential telework options in benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in STEM field or equivalent
- 12+ years of experience in a relevant technical field with some experience related to missile defense and space systems
- Active TS/SCI government clearance, US citizenship
- Ability to prioritize, scope, plan, and execute multiple complex technical efforts
- Ability to lead and inspire teams
- Working understanding of MBSE and best practices
- Working understanding of Mission Engineering process
- Working understanding of System of Systems Engineering principles and best practices
- Experience with DOW acquisition lifecycle
- Willingness to travel ~10-20%
- Security clearance processing and compliance
