Job Summary
Senior-level Workday Release Administrator responsible for leading and coordinating global Workday releases (bi-annual, weekly service updates, bi-weekly changes). Acts as a liaison between IT and business units (HCM, Finance, Security, Privacy, AI) to ensure releases are well-governed, tested, and implemented with minimal disruption. Develops system specifications, documents requirements, maintains technical manuals, and ensures alignment with Workday deployment methodologies. Requires strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management skills, with experience in ITIL 4.0, change management certifications, and project management certifications. Travel and long hours may be required. Education: Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; 5+ years in IT or related field; 5+ years of project management; 3-5 years in Workday implementation focusing on HCM and Finance. Certifications in relevant disciplines and demonstrated ability to manage multiple interdependencies across systems.
