Job Summary
Sr. Global Trade Analytics & Governance CoE Manager role leading a centralized data analytics and governance function for Deckers Brands’ global trade operations. Responsible for defining and executing a global analytics strategy, building dashboards and reporting frameworks to surface KPIs, risks, and opportunities, and establishing governance standards to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and scalable quality. Partners with IT and business leaders to drive system enhancements, data integration, and automation, while mentoring team members and promoting data-driven decision-making across Supply, Compliance, Logistics, Finance, and regional Import teams. Requires a BA/BS in a relevant field (MBA preferred), 10+ years in cross-functional environments, 7+ years building reporting/data models, and strong proficiency in BI tools (Tableau/Power BI) and SQL/OQL. The role emphasizes end-to-end visibility, data quality, and governance maturity in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting with global impact.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Supply Chain, Analytics, Statistics, or a relevant field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years in a high-growth, cross-functional environment with a large product portfolio
- 7+ years in analytics-focused roles with ownership of reporting, dashboards, and data models
- Proficiency in BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Advanced SQL/OQL or equivalent for data extraction and validation
- Deep understanding of data governance principles
- Experience in process improvement, standardization, or automation initiatives
