Job Summary

Sr. Global Partner Manager - Lead to manage Cognizant global strategic relationship within ServiceNow's Global Partner & Channels ecosystem. Drive revenue via sell-to/sell-with/sell-through motions through multi-market governance, joint GTM planning, and co-delivery with partners. Lead cross-functional collaboration with field sales, solution specialists, pre-sales, and customer outcome services to expand pipeline and revenue, develop and execute joint business plans with partners, and ensure alignment with executive sponsors and governance across AMS, EMEA, and APAC. Build and govern multi-year joint plans, enablement, co-marketing, and joint GTM initiatives; manage senior partner relationships, track targets, and drive successful co-delivery with global system integrators and other partners in a fast-paced SaaS/cloud environment. Must possess strong communication, strategic thinking, and ability to work with global executives and partners to deliver growth; comfortable in a dynamic, high-growth setting and capable of shaping joint value propositions aligned to NOW’s workflows.
