Job Summary
Lead and own end-to-end demand planning for US and international units, developing 18-month rolling forecasts at SKU/channel/region levels, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to translate demand signals into actionable supply and inventory insights, driving forecast accuracy and identifying risks/opportunities. Own the global demand planning calendar, contribute to S&OP/IBP processes, and partner with regional sales, Product, Marketing, Supply Planning, and Finance to align demand with capacity and financial plans. Analyze historical sales and market trends, track KPIs (MAPE, forecast bias), conduct scenario planning for new products and market expansion, and drive continuous improvement of forecasting systems and processes.
