Job Summary
Respond to and manage employee relations issues while coaching managers on performance improvement plans. Partner with union leadership to administer collective bargaining agreements, resolve grievances, and foster positive labor-management relations. Design and implement talent management plans covering succession planning, leadership development, and workforce capability. Develop key talent reports to ensure compliance and drive organizational effectiveness. Administer core HR programs and facilitate change management strategies for workforce transitions. This role reports to the Associate Director, People & Culture in a unionized manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 4+ years of Human Resources generalist experience
- Must be able to regularly move throughout a manufacturing environment, including production, warehouse, and office areas
