Job Summary
Design and construct gas and chemical systems for semiconductor factory construction, including system testing, adjustment, and design change assessments based on client requirements. Manage execution of system-related business while controlling manpower, resources, cost, and time to ensure quality. Integrate AI-assisted tools into daily work to improve efficiency and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement through testing and sharing AI-enabled enhancements. Adhere to organizational standards, legal requirements, and industry labor standards throughout all engineering activities.
Required Qualifications
- Responsibility for design, construction, system testing, and adjustment of gas and chemical systems for semiconductor plant construction
- Ability to assess system design changes based on customer requirements
- Ability to manage personnel, resources, costs, and time to ensure quality
- Ability to control engineering budgets
- Ability to integrate AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and comply with organizational standards and legal requirements
- Ability to identify, test, and share AI-enabled enhancements within one's scope of work
- Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role-appropriate AI literacy to use AI-enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem-solving, operational tasks, and achieving business goals
