Job Summary
Senior Functional Consultant for Workday HCM & Compensation within the Workday Success Plans team. Delivers targeted microconsulting engagements, provides configuration guidance and demonstrations, troubleshoots product configuration, and communicates value to customers. Creates and delivers customer presentations on Workday features (Accelerator Webinars), provides one-on-one guidance to accelerate feature adoption, and performs tenant reviews to identify adoption opportunities. Maintains Workday expertise and certifications, stays current with industry practices, and contributes to new program development. Travel up to 20% and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive customer value and adoption.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required
- 5 years of IT implementation experience
- 5 years of experience with Compensation or Benefits systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards)
- 3+ years of software consulting experience
- Workday Certification or ability to certify in at least one of: HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel up to 20%
