Sr Functional Analyst - Workday Finance

Job Summary
Design and architect scalable Workday Finance, Contract to Cash, Professional Services, and Revenue Management solutions to support Workday's global operations. Lead implementation and configuration of Workday modules, including integrations and extensions, while analyzing complex functional business problems to develop systems that meet requirements. Collaborate with product managers and business partners to translate needs into technical specifications, fix system issues, and ensure seamless data flow between Workday and external platforms like Salesforce and Zuora. Stay current on product updates to demonstrate new features and research guidelines to recommend process improvements. Envision the overall solutions roadmap for Workday's own technology while providing technical guidance to team members and end-users.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years delivering large scale consulting engagements with a combination of Workday Finance, Contract to Cash, Professional Services & Revenue Management solutions for global customers
- 7+ years of validated Workday domain experience
- 7+ years of experience with agile methodology and systems (Jira, Confluence)
- Outstanding analytical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities with confirmed abilities to think strategically to tackle key business questions/problems
- Good interpersonal and collaborative skills, with a professional demeanor and the ability to communicate optimally with all levels of management, colleagues, and vendors
- Ability to adapt to modification and changes to project plans, demonstrating flexibility to implement new strategies and tactics to accommodate these changes
- Strong understanding of how Salesforce and middleware tools like SnapLogic facilitate the flow of customer, contract, billing, revenue etc. data between Salesforce and Workday
- Active certification in Workday Finance Contract to Cash and other Workday functional areas
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Stripe Application (Payment Gateway) and Zuora Revenue Recognition
