Sr Functional Analyst (Transportation Management)

Job Summary
Translate customer and PMG business requirements into functional design solutions while working with multiple Scrum teams to ensure feature completeness and quality. Develop functional specifications, analyze user needs, and participate in business process analysis for the transportation domain. Coordinate project tasks, define stories, and manage the definition of done for features, ensuring smooth integration between technical and functional systems. Mentor junior team members and exercise judgment on solution methods within defined policies. Maintain security, integrity of corporate assets, and compliance with internal and external company procedures.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of industrial or domain experience
- Transportation domain experience is mandatory
- Possesses deep functional knowledge of a product and an understanding of the solution suite domain
- Experience in building SaaS based application/next gen solution in Transportation domain
- Exposure to customer interaction and able to communicate on product capabilities to them
- Mentor or guide junior team members
- Quality focused development, define stories, definition of done, story/feature sign off
