Job Summary
Senior SAP HR/HCM Functional Analyst role focused on HRM/HCM including Time writing integration with Project System, Master Data setup for PA/PT/OM, and configurations across PS/PM/FI/CO/MM/BW. Responsibilities include functional design specifications, unit and integration testing, documentation, and coaching delivery teams; requires 9+ years of SAP HRM/HCM experience with 2 end-to-end implementations and strong integration knowledge. Emphasis on Shell People/Workday interfaces with S/4HANA, and ability to map business requirements to IT solutions in Upstream/Downstream Oil & Gas contexts. Flexible working hours and potential remote/mobile working offered by Shell India.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in SAP HRM/HCM including Time writing (TW) integration/setup with Project System with configuration/master data setup skills
- Working experience in SAP enterprise project and portfolio management (EPPM) including Project System & Finance module
- Minimum 9+ years of experience in SAP HRM/HCM with at least 5 years in SAP Project System
- Minimum of 2 end-to-end SAP implementations (hands-on design or configuration)
- Excellent knowledge of SAP HRM/HCM integration with PS/PM/FI/CO/MM/SD/BW
- ABAP knowledge (tables/functional modules/IDOCs/batch job management/BI&BW reports/Fiori Time writing/Query Development)
- SAP Certifications in HRM/HCM/S4HANA will be an added advantage
- Experience in leading design workshops to map business requirements for SAP HRM/HCM
- Upstream Oil & Gas or Manufacturing domain knowledge
- Strong English communication skills
