Job Summary
Sr. Functional Analyst - Finance (PS) sought to lead and deliver SAP HRM/HCM and Time writing (TW) integrations with Project System across Upstream/Downstream Oil & Gas domains. Responsibilities include SAP configuration for PA/PT/OM with master data setup, integration with PS/PM/FI/CO/MM/BW, interface knowledge with systems like Workday, MDG-HR/Workday/Concur, ABAP-IDOC/BW reporting, design workshops, and end-to-end delivery from requirements through Go-Live. The role requires deep functional expertise in HRM/HCM, Project System, and cross-functional data flows, with emphasis on building robust, scalable IT solutions, documenting changes, supporting testing cycles, and collaborating with Process Architects and Run & Maintain teams. Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in SAP Human Resource Management (HRM)/ Human capital management (HCM) including Time writing (TW) Integration/Setup with Project system with configuration/Master Data Setup skills
- Working knowledge of SAP enterprise project and portfolio management area (EPPM) including Project system & Finance module
- Minimum 9+ years of experience in SAP HRM/HCM with at least 5 years in SAP Project system
- 2 end-to-end SAP implementations with hands-on design or configuration
- Excellent knowledge of integration of SAP HRM/HCM with SAP PS/PM/FI/CO/MM/SD/BW
- Good knowledge of SAP Project system processes with Finance/HR
- Hands-on experience with ABAP- Tables/Functional Modules/IDOCs/Batch Job Management/BI & BW reports/Fiori Time writing/Query Development
- SAP Certifications in HRM/HCM/S4HANA will be added advantage
- Experience in leading design workshops to map business requirements for SAP HRM/HCM
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to document changes and ensure alignment with IT standards
