Sr. Function Analyst, SAP P2P

Job Summary
Conduct solution design, process improvements, and validation of SAP P2P modules including Procurement, Materials Management, and integrations with external systems. Collaborate with stakeholders across Industrial, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to align duties with company goals. Prepare high-level design documents, business requirement documents, process flows, and functional specifications for custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements. Manage enhancement requests, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure deep functional integration between MM, EWM, PP, QM, and other modules. Support full-cycle S/4 HANA implementations and maintain accurate documentation of business processes and system configurations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management or related field
- 3+ years Strong Functional Experience in P2P, Material Management area
- Hands-on P2P process experience within SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA (application and configuration) for global project implementations
- Knowledge of SAP Materials Management /MM
- Knowledge of SAP output types and IDOC types related to Material Management, shipments, invoices, purchase orders, etc.
- Knowledge of integration points and techniques between sales with other SAP components, such as finance and logistics, as well as 3rd party applications
- Knowledge of Material Management processes
- Knowledge of integration points with SAP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, transportation planning
Desired Qualifications

- Deep understanding of Warehouse Management (WM/EWM) include shipping, adjustments, pick/pack, and inbound/outbound flows
- Functional experience in INTRA and INTER company Stock transfer orders
- 2+ full cycle S/4 HANA green/brown implementations following global template approach with minor localizations
