Sr Fullstack & AI Engineer (Remote)

Job Summary
Design and develop applications based on LLMs and GenAI, building RAG and GraphRAG systems to extract knowledge from large information volumes. Implement AI agents and advanced workflows, while developing scalable backend APIs and data pipelines integrated with enterprise platforms. Optimize performance, quality, and traceability of AI solutions, participating in technical decisions within an Agile environment. This role focuses on transforming business needs into technical solutions using Python, TypeScript, Node.js, and cloud-native architectures. You will collaborate with Product Owners and engineering teams to build innovative AI platforms serving marketing, customer experience, and strategic planning.
Required Qualifications
- Experiencia sólida desarrollando software en entornos productivos (Python, TypeScript, Node.js, FastAPI, Rust, Java)
- Experiencia real construyendo soluciones con LLMs
- Experiencia trabajando con Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, OpenAI, Antropic, Gemini, Amazon Bedrock
- Experiencia trabajando con Frameworks IA
- Conocimientos avanzados de RAG, embeddings y vector databases
- Experiencia con arquitecturas cloud-native y microservicios
- Capacidad para transformar necesidades de negocio en soluciones técnicas
- Inglés fluido (C1)
