Job Summary
Deliver high-quality software using continuous delivery practices to support business priorities and create innovative customer experiences for merchants. Build large-scale distributed systems out of microservices, efficiently utilizing DevOps tools to manage the entire software development cycle. Mentor less-experienced peers through technical knowledge while advocating for technical excellence within collaborative, value-driven teams. Requires 3+ years of experience with NodeJS, C#, Java, or Python, plus Agile methods, and bonus points for cloud technology knowledge including AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with NodeJS and other development languages such as C#, Java or Python
- skillfully write high-quality, well-tested code
- comfortable with Object-Oriented programming
- Experience with Agile methods, such as Scrum and/or Kanban
- enjoy influencing others
- advocate for technical excellence
- open to change when needed
- resilient in ambiguous situations
- approach challenges from multiple perspectives
Desired Qualifications
- working knowledge of cloud technology such as AWS, Azure, Kubernetes and Docker
