Job Summary
Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to design and deliver high-volume, security-intensive applications across the stack using React/JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and micro-frontend/microservices approaches. You’ll own delivery from design through deployment, mentor junior developers, collaborate with Product Owner and Lead Architect, and ensure quality with automated testing and on-call incident response. The role emphasizes scalable, performant UI/UX for hiring managers and candidates, TDD-driven development, and collaboration across globally distributed teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of frontend software development experience
- Proficiency with React.JS for UI applications
- Backend experience with Node.JS
- Experience designing/developing Micro-frontend and/or Microservices systems with Node.js and NPM
- RESTful API services experience
- Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
- Experience writing unit tests and using mocking frameworks
- Experience with Git in a collaborative environment
- Experience in on-call rotations and incident response
- Familiarity with secure software development practices
- Ability to work with cross-functional, globally distributed teams
- Preferred: AWS Cloud technologies (S3, SQS, CloudFront, CloudFormation, AppSync, API Gateway, DynamoDB, ECS, Lambda, OpenSearch)
- UI testing experience with Cypress and TestCafe
- Experience with modern frontend tooling and CI/CD practices
