Job Summary
Senior Franchise Business Consultant to act as the primary liaison between franchisor and franchisees. Responsibilities include building trust with franchise partners, conducting virtual and onsite touchpoints, leveraging Authority Brands tools to maximize performance, advising on Franchise Agreement compliance, leading market meetings, guiding culture alignment, delivering territory health diagnostics, and conducting monthly P&L reviews with YOY revenue analysis. Requires 5-7+ years in a consulting/coach/management capacity, travel up to 75%, and strong Excel/Office proficiency. The role emphasizes developing trusted advisor relationships, cross-functional collaboration, and driving franchise growth and profitability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7+ years experience as a consultant/advisor/coach or running a services-based business/franchise
- Strong data analysis and KPI understanding
- Comfort with interpreting P&L statements and impact on top/bottom line
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to travel up to 75% to franchise locations
- Clear and precise verbal and written communications
