Job Summary
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, analyze actuals versus budget, and independently interpret performance drivers to support strategic decision-making. Develop complex financial models, scenario analysis tools, and reporting templates while driving core annual budgeting and monthly forecasting cycles. Manage month-end close activities, including advanced accruals and cross-functional reconciliations, and lead ERP data flows to validate quality and resolve variances. Partner with operational leaders to evaluate pricing strategies, cost optimization, and capital investments. Serve as a resource for junior analysts by reviewing work and sharing best practices. Work on-site during core hours, with extended availability required during quarter and year-end close cycles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting, finance, or related field
- 4+ years of relevant finance or FP&A experience
- Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling)
- Proficiency with BI/reporting tools
- Strong experience with ERP systems (e.g. Oracle/SAP) and financial reporting tools (e.g. OneStream/Hyperion)
- Track record of AI adoption to improve processes and productivity
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial planning processes
- Ability to work on-site during core business hours
- Ability to work on site at Corp location per Envista policies
