Job Summary
Sr FP&A Analyst responsible for leading financial forecasting, analysis, and data-driven insights to transition the US Consumer unit from stabilization to strategic growth. Serve as a trusted financial partner by coordinating weekly/bi-weekly performance reviews with executive leadership, tracking site-level profitability, and providing actionable recommendations to improve operational and commercial performance. Requires strong communication skills, ability to influence senior stakeholders, and a proactive, autonomous approach in a fully remote environment. Location: Mexico City with predominantly remote work options.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as a senior analyst or finance partner with specialized experience in B2C, logistics, or consumer goods
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling and advanced spreadsheet skills
- Fluency in English and ability to present complex financial information clearly
- Demonstrated experience influencing senior stakeholders to drive commercially sound decisions
- Professional accounting qualification preferred or equivalent experience in finance
