Sr. FP&A Analyst

Job Summary
Senior FP&A Analyst responsible for partnering with leadership to interpret performance drivers, develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts using complex financial models, analyze variances to forecast and budget, and create executive-facing presentations. The role supports month-end close, cash positioning with Treasury, accounts receivable insight to enable order-to-cash processes, and the implementation of new financial systems to improve operational efficiency. Requires strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel and ERP/expense systems (NetSuite, SAP Concur, Airbase, Expensify). The position emphasizes collaboration with the finance team to deliver monthly financial reporting and actionable insights for senior leadership and franchise stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in economics, finance or other business related area
- 2-5 years at a leading investment bank and/ or private equity firm who seeks operating experience with a high-performance team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and emphasis on accuracyand quality
- Time management skills along with ability to meet deadlines
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- NetSuite, SAP Concur, Airbase, Expensify or similar software experience
