Sr. Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary
Senior Forward Deployed Engineer leading technical solution planning and delivery for enterprise customer engagements. Duties include technical leadership and client engagement, guiding PoC initiatives, and designing solution architectures across cloud, data ecosystems, identity workflows, AI initiatives, and enterprise data environments. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to translate technical capabilities into business value, prepare implementation plans and roadmaps, create technical docs and templates, and drive successful customer outcomes. Travel as required; located in Kirkland, WA (in-office 5 days/week).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5–10+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or related roles
- Experience with enterprise SaaS, data, identity, AI, cloud, martech/adtech environments
- Experience supporting enterprise customers through complex technical sales cycles and implementations
- Strong presentation, documentation, and customer communication skills
- Ability to travel as needed for customer and partner meetings
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
- 5–10+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, Solution Architecture, Technical Account Management, or related customer-facing technical leadership roles
- Experience working within enterprise SaaS, data, identity, AI, cloud, martech, adtech, or enterprise technology environments
- Strong presentation, documentation, and customer communication skills
- Experience supporting enterprise customers through complex technical sales cycles, implementations, and integrations
- Strong experience managing executive-level customer relationships and cross-functional stakeholder alignment
- Ability to travel as needed for customer and partner meetings
