Sr. Formulation Technician

Job Summary
Senior-level formulation/ Downstream Processing Technician in Biologics (St. Louis) responsible for executing manufacturing batch records, work instructions, and SOPs; assisting in batch record reconciliation; maintaining logs, data, and supplies per site SOPs; contributing to cGMP compliance and safety; leading shift exchanges and participating in lean activities; supporting investigations and process improvements; and working in a gowning-controlled cleanroom environment with PPE. Strong emphasis on attention to detail, problem solving, documentation, collaboration, and adherence to GMP standards in a high-purity manufacturing setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with +2 years of experience OR Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field
- Experience in a cGMP environment
- Knowledge of cGMP practices, aseptic techniques, or chemical concepts preferred
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Able to lift minimum of 25 lbs independently
- Able to stand for 80% of shift
- Willingness to wear gowning and PPE as required
