Job Summary
Senior Analyst driving replenishment and planning for Walmart, leading end-to-end order execution and store-in-stock optimization. Responsible for daily/weekly order reviews, perfect PO maintenance, and optimizing fill rate; oversees Direct Import operations from Asia with the Hong Kong team; develops weekly shipping plans by item and channel to support POS and future orders; collaborates with sales, retail analysts, and cross-functional teams on in-season promotions, forecasting, and fulfillment; provides data-driven findings and action plans in CPFR forecasting meetings; leads S&OP discussions and presents current execution at retail with cross-functional teams; supports reporting needs and data-driven decision making for the sales organization.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel Power User
- Direct replenishment experience planning in a highly seasonal environment with long lead times
- Have at least 3+ years relevant experience in sales analysis or merchandise buying/planning.
