Job Summary
Senior Forecast Analyst responsible for generating standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for executives and stakeholders; maintaining and updating business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, and forecasting systems; applying quantitative methods (Holt’s linear trend, Holt-Winters, ARIMA/SARIMA) to develop and monitor SKU-level forecasts; integrating customer data, BI insights, and cross-functional input to provide a consensus demand plan; leveraging SAP, Tableau/Power BI, Alteryx, Python, R, and SAS to support forecasting and decision-making across supply chain, sales, marketing, and finance; delivering graphical reporting and performance measurements, and supporting continuous improvement of forecasting models and processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or closely related field
- 3 years of work experience in SAP systems
- 1 year of experience with Holt’s linear Trend Model
- 1 year of experience with Holt Winters Seasonal Model
- 1 year of experience with ARIMA models and seasonal ARIMA (SARIMA)
- Tableau and Power BI
- Alteryx
- Excel
- Python (libraries including pandas, numpy, scikit-learn)
- R programming
- SAS
- Demonstrated ability to develop planning strategies for new and discontinued products
- Experience in collaborative planning with Sales, Marketing, and Finance
- Experience with demand forecasting and SKU-level forecasting
