Job Summary
Senior Financial Systems Analyst focused on Order to Cash processes and Zuora-led finance tech stack. Owns configuration of Zuora Billing and RevPro, translating business requirements into functional designs, triaging issues, identifying gaps, and implementing scalable solutions. Collaborates with IT and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data integrity, SOX/compliance alignment, QA/UAT, and end-to-end SDLC execution while supporting Billing, Collections, and Revenue Accounting; liaises with Salesforce CPQ and downstream systems to optimize integrations and data flows.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue/RevPro
- In-depth functional knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition standards
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to write clean, efficient queries
- Proven ability to partner independently with Finance and IT teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
