Sr. Financial Reporting Accountant

Senior-level financial reporting accountant responsible for statutory and GAAP reporting, coordination of audits, preparation of quarterly/annual statements and footnotes, and analysis. Responsibilities include timely statutory reporting, preparation of GAAP/quarterly/annual statements with related footnotes, journal entries and reconciliations, maintaining internal controls, supporting internal/external audits (EY), process-improvement opportunities, and potential leadership/mentorship within the team. Requires strong Excel, Oracle and data warehouse experience; familiarity with SOVOS and Wdata reporting tools is a plus. CPA or pursuing CPA preferred. Travel up to 10%. Work arrangements include in-office, hybrid, and remote options. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; insurance experience a plus.
