Job Summary
Senior Financial Analyst (Pricing & Profitability) at a global professional services firm. Responsible for providing financial, analytical, and business support to drive firm goals with pricing expertise and advisory services to attorneys and business functions. Key duties include leading pricing responses for new opportunities with profitable fee proposals, conducting pricing-focused market and industry analysis, developing internal pricing databases and go-to-market templates, supporting the Rate Approval Committee with ServiceNow-based reports, preparing materials for annual pricing strategy meetings, and safeguarding confidential information. Requires advanced financial modeling, project management skills, and the ability to develop alternative strategies. Education includes a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and preferably a Master’s degree; 4+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis or project management within professional services. The role may offer hybrid and in-office presence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in economics, finance, accounting, business administration, management, or related field
- Master’s degree or equivalent in related field (preferred)
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience related to financial analysis and/or project management, preferably in a professional services environment
- Experience developing financial analysis, modeling, project tracking, and reporting
- Proficiency in MS Office and other programs necessary to complete thorough analyses and reports
- Strong financial modeling and project management skills
- Ability to perceive and analyze problems and develop alternative strategies
