Job Summary
Seeking a Sr. Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making in a multi-location dealership environment. Requires Bachelor’s degree, 4–6 years FP&A experience, advanced Excel skills, and strong communication abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 4–6 years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Strong understanding of dealership operations, preferably in agricultural, construction, or heavy equipment sectors
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
- Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with business systems used in dealerships (e.g., JDQuote2, Equip, PFW/Integra, CDK)
- Experience in dealership, retail, distribution, or capital equipment industries
- CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus
