Job Summary
Build and own the FP&A platform architecture, templates, and automations supporting budgeting, forecasting, cash flows, and investor reporting. Integrate financial and operational source data into the cubic data model, including GL, UKG, Concur, occupancy, and loan details, while establishing validation, governance, and documentation standards. Develop advanced models and reporting templates for departmental analysis, workforce planning, and scenario-based insights. Partner with analysts to translate analytical needs into scalable solutions and expand the Financial Services Group's technical data capability as planning needs evolve.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex financial modeling, Power Query, and VBA/macros
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong SQL skills
- Hands-on experience designing and maintaining relational and dimensional data models
- Experience developing solutions within an enterprise FP&A platform
- Experience implementing or administering an FP&A platform
- Experience integrating data across multiple source systems
- Proficiency with Power BI or comparable business intelligence and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently interpret complex data, develop models, draw meaningful conclusions, and provide actionable recommendations
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to business partners and senior leadership
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
