Sr. Financial Analyst

Job Summary
Prepare monthly financial reports including site-level P&Ls and variance analysis, while tracking operational KPIs and analyzing cost trends against forecasts. Build and maintain the manufacturing variance forecast model through monthly SmartView/Essbase refresh cycles, and support non-standard COGS forecasting in partnership with BU Finance teams. Track performance against budget to highlight key risks and opportunities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data gathered from Operations, Procurement, and Engineering partners. Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights on working capital, investment performance, and the impact of governmental requirements. Assist in financial planning and acquisition activity recommendations for the Global Finance Operations team.
Required Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant
- 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Oracle 12 (including OBIEE and Project Accounting), Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Tableau is desirable
