Job Summary
Build and maintain financial models to support new product innovation, investment decisions, and resource allocation in partnership with marketing, R&D, and regional finance teams. Consolidate Vantive's capital budget by coordinating with Regions and Functions for Plan, Forecast, and Actual reporting. Deliver clear variance analysis against plan, forecast, and prior year results, highlighting key drivers, risks, and opportunities. Conduct strategic ad hoc reporting and financial analysis to evaluate business performance and support leadership decision-making. Support Finance leadership in process improvements, policy development, and other strategic initiatives that enhance business performance. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, five years or more of related experience, and strong financial modeling skills. The estimated base salary is $80,000 to $110,000 annually, with eligibility for a discretionary bonus.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work cross-functionally, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of Outlook
