Job Summary
Senior Financial Analyst for North American Transportation Operations responsible for budgeting and planning, month-end close (journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial analysis), freight and vendor payments management, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize freight spend. Partners with Analytics on new financial reports, guides PO creation and payments, supports on-site inventory counts, ensures SOX compliance and internal controls, and leverages SAP ERP and BI tools (Excel, DOMO/Sigma/Power BI) to drive supply chain improvements; role involves collaboration with logistics leaders and potential travel up to 10%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 4+ years in corporate Finance or Accounting roles
- Hands-on experience with SAP/large ERP systems
- Advanced user knowledge in Excel
