Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or accounting required
- Advanced degree a plus
- 3-5 years’ experience in financial planning or accounting (Analyst II)
- 5+ years’ experience (Analyst III)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with SAP, OneStream, PowerBI, Domo
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to solve complex problems with innovative solutions
- Demonstrated project leadership experience
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Continuous improvement mindset
