Sr. Financial Analyst

Conduct end-to-end revenue cycle financial management, including CMS cost report data preparation, cost allocation, and budgeting/forecasting. Build information workflows and documentation for resident admission to claims/bill collection. Monitor and analyze KPI reports on revenue cycle risk areas, A/R aging, claim denials, and resolutions. Lead revenue budgeting and forecasting tasks while auditing Payroll-Based Journal reports monthly. Co-administer the Prophix PCC database for revenue and labor reporting. Prepare annual CMS Cost Reporting process mappings and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure submission accuracy. Requires five or more years of related experience, a Bachelor's degree, and expertise in Excel, Prophix, and PointClickCare Visio.
