Sr. Financial Analyst

Designs, prepares, and presents financial information to the leadership team to assist with ongoing management and decision making regarding the college’s finances and operations. Maintains analysis and financial forecasting across the organization, including complex compensation-related reconciliations. Develops annual operating budget based on current salary recommendations, initiatives, and revenue forecasts. Prepares cost models, various standard and ad hoc reporting for management decision-making, and coordinates with Facilities Management Services and Information & Technology Services to track and fund capital projects. Serves as a key point of contact for budget amendments in Workday and supports data gathering for Board of Trustee meetings. Workday experience preferred.
