Sr Financial Analyst

Senior Financial Analyst responsible for royalty accounting & reporting, financial analysis, and compliance/control activities. Key duties include calculating, validating, and processing royalty accruals/payments; preparing monthly/quarterly/annual royalty statements; reviewing contracts and interpreting terms; reconciling royalty subledgers to the general ledger; analyzing royalty trends and variances; supporting audits; ensuring IFRS compliance; maintaining and improving royalty accounting systems and reporting tools; collaborating with Legal, Licensing, Operations, and Finance to resolve royalty-related issues; and assisting with implementation of new royalty management software or ERP systems. The role involves cross-functional collaboration and developing ad hoc analyses and management reports. Base pay range for the US national level is $65,100 - $108,500; geographic differentials may apply by location.
