Job Summary
Senior Financial Analyst partner to Systems operations leadership, providing regular KPI reporting and variance analysis to drive improvements in manufacturing efficiency and margins. Own budgeting and monthly forecasting for Systems manufacturing, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated plans for labor, overhead, capex, rework, and scrap. Maintain the Manufacturing reporting package and KPIs, compare actuals to budget/forecast, and deliver insights on operating trends. Support standardized reporting between Systems and CG, cost accounting procedures for make vs buy, and ROI analyses for capital expenditures. Contribute to audits and ensure GAAP/compliance, while leveraging SAP/ECC, Power BI, and BPC for reporting and testing new functionality. Uphold safety and confidentiality, pursue ongoing professional development, and participate in related projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years financial support in a manufacturing environment
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a cross-functional matrix environment
- Advanced knowledge of US GAAP
- Technical skill with accounting systems
- Proficiency in Planning and Reporting software solutions
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting processes and procedures
- Experience with SAP and BPC (preferred)
- MBA, CMA, or CPA (preferred)
- Experience: FPA & General Accounting (preferred)
