Job Summary
Lead all aspects of the Finance function as a global business partner for the marketing organization; drive strategic and operational planning processes with regional partners, delivering a full P&L with focus on structure costs and marketing investments and ensuring efficient data management. Support innovation and renovation processes for Dry Pasta & Condiments, participate in product development, and collaborate with regional Americas teams (USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil) while coordinating with Global Category Leads in Europe. Prepare and deliver monthly/quarterly performance reports, dashboards, and variance analyses; serve as ambassador between global categories, regional stakeholders, finance, and R&D. Requires 3-7 years of finance experience, strong Excel and BI skills (Power BI or similar), and ability to build partnerships with internal customers; hybrid role based out of Northbrook, IL.
Required Qualifications
- 3-7 years in broad finance or controlling
- P&L management experience
- strong Excel skills
- familiarity with Power BI or similar BI tools
- ability to develop strong relationships with internal customers and stakeholders
- experience in R&D or FMCG would be an asset
