Job Summary

Design and develop financial reports and models in Power BI and NetSuite to analyze data for the Finance and Executive teams. Manage the budget and reforecast process, investigate monthly variances, and analyze location financials to identify margin improvement opportunities. Create PowerPoint decks for senior leadership and handle ad hoc, time-sensitive data requests. Provide analysis of monthly financial and operational results to support informed business decisions. Report directly to the CFO, partnering with accounting teams and executive leadership to translate complex financial information into actionable insights within a growing, multisite pain management organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 5+ years of finance experience in an FP&A role, preferably in healthcare sector
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
  • ERP Experience, preferably NetSuite
  • Basic knowledge of GAAP and revenue recognition rules
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented

  • Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
